Nest Homes Construction, has been a long-timer in the Cleveland area. Full service General Contracting with mostly in house sub-trades doing the work.

In 1997 this group of professionals did a 100% Custom Renovation here, in our current location. The 1928 building was lovingly stripped inside of all obsolete plumbing and electrical components, heating and cooling systems. Of course walls and ceilings had to come down in the process. Once the structure was evaluated the new plans were made and our design was taking shape. All the electro-mechanical was installed up to date standards, layout became handicap accessible. Meantime old world non-symetrical oak-flooring was designed and made in Middlefield to restore the exact flooring as it was seen on Shaker Square and neighboring residences. In the winter custom flooring was installed by Nest Homes and addorned by wallnut pluggings, the walls trimmed out with oak. We reopened in April 1998.
We have been very pleased with the work, and never had issues of recall or redo on this project. If any repairs we did in our wonderful facilities, that was only keeping it fresh after some roof-leak around these lovely old buildings. | Say Hello to 216-Trials.
We have been close to these Bicycle-born group for as long as we moved from Buckeye to Shaker Square. That was 1996 and almost feels like a half a century. Meanwhile these boys grew to be fine young sportsmen and they like and ride bicycles like no other! They would not sit on an angry animal, like rodeo-bulls, but would not sit on benches either. So they ride benches, and scale rocks, and jump logs, and balance on walls instead. They've been showing tricks and teaching kids to be safe on bikes. Check out their pages. Invite them to your schools, or community events.
They are a notable group and have been shipping out occasionally coast-to-coast in the USA and Canada, and we'll see them on Shaker Square again.
